You Decide, We Arrange

From the first sketch to the handover of the keys there is one process and one plan. You decide at the fixed moments, we arrange everything in between. That way you keep control, without the worries.

The worry beforehand

The question everyone asks

Reinder himself is at the table for every presentation. Throughout the project you deal with the same person, who knows it from beginning to end.

Almost every client asks the same thing: if I hand this over, do I still have a grip on it? The answer lies in the order. You do not hand over the decisions, you hand over the work that sits between them.

That is why every project has fixed moments of approval. Only once you say yes does the next phase begin. In between, there is nothing for you to watch over.

The phases

Three design phases and one of building

The concept phaseAn opening conversation, measuring and drawing up the house, two layout options per room and a mood board. You can stop here and build it yourself.
The preliminary designThe chosen layout fully worked out: lighting plan, furniture plan, bespoke joinery and window treatments. With the first cost estimate, deliberately early.
The final designEverything in a single A3 design book, with a lighting schedule and shop drawings. This phase has no feedback round.
The buildOver to a dedicated project manager who directs our partners. One point of contact, through to handover.

The investment

What We Look After

An honest answer starts with the outcome. What it gives you, how it runs, and where the boundary of our work lies.

Our work covers the furniture, the lighting, the window treatments and the floor. Bespoke joinery such as cupboards and kitchens is counted separately, as are the builder, the electrician, the plasterer and the decorator. What it comes to in your case depends on your home; in the introduction we work it through together.

Would you rather know whether the plan is right before committing to anything? Then the concept phase is where you begin: entirely remote, ready within twenty working days, and partly credited if you go on.
